We have multiple warehouses located in California/New York, USA and China. For orders shipped to the United States, we prioritize fulfillment from our U.S. warehouses. If items are out of stock domestically, shipments will be dispatched from China. Regardless of the origin, delivery times will adhere to the timeframes stated in our shipping policy.

As some items get relatively low sales/demands, we typically offer a relatively low stocks and sometimes they are made to order by our factory, so note it a different processing time such as "5-7 business day" under the "Buy now" button on product pages. If you have a tight timeline, please do let us know before placing an order.

Once your order is shipped, a shipment update email will be sent to you with all your tracking needs. You can track your items by the email you received, SEE WIG order tracking page, or the carrier's official website. 

If you use an invalid emaill address to place the order, you won't receive updates.

Yes, you have 30 days to return the item free of charge for any reason. You can find more details in our return policy.

Before shipping: email to help@seewig.com in 1 hour after placing the order and tell us the right item you want. If there is a price difference, we would charge it or refund the overcharge to you; then the right item will be shipped. Our team would always check email inbox before shipping.

After shipping: when you receive the wrong item and really don't like it, email to help@seewig.com and ask for an exchange. In this case, you may be responsible for incurred fees including shipping fees.

We source hair from verified hair suppliers in countries including Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia, China, Brazil, etc. We understand that the quality of our products begins with the sourcing of human hair, which is why we maintain strict standards in every aspect of our hair sourcing process.

Our hair extensions and wigs are made of remy human hair and are natural, bouncy, smooth, tangle-free, etc. They can be worn up to a year or longer depending on care and maintenance.

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit/debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.

If the order total is over $300 USD, PayPal will be the only accepted payment method now.

The common reasons for failded payments: 

PayPal method:

User not complete authorization (insufficient funds, an expired card, unverified details, etc).

Credit/Debit Card methods:

1. Payment failed, intercepted by card issuer risk control system. 

2. 3DS authentication failed: Not authenticated / Account not verified. 

3. Payment is declined.

4. The card number is invalid.

5. Transaction failed, Invalid account.

6. Insufficient balance.
