How long do it takes for me to receive it?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing Time:
0-2 business days for hair extensions;
2-3 business days for wigs;
Shipping Time:
Shipping logistics providers: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or local carriers. Based on their availability and responsiveness at different time, we would choose the most suitable one to deliver your order as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a shipment update email will be sent to you with all your tracking needs. You can track your items by the email you received, SEE WIG order tracking page, or the carrier's official website.
If you use an invalid emaill address to place the order, you won't receive updates.

Can I return the item for free?
Yes, you have 30 days to return the item free of charge for any reason. You can find more details in our return policy.
What hair does SEE WIG use?
We use 100% high-quality remy human hair to make all products. They retains natural cuticles and are aligned in the same direction so that they have a realistic look and feel that blends seamlessly with your own hair.
We can also provide higher-tier hair like Double Drawn hair(DD hair), Super Double Drawn hair(SDD hair) and Virgin human hair. If you need them, please let us know.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit/debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.
If the order total is over $300 USD, PayPal will be the only accepted payment method now.
Why can't I make a payment?
The common reasons for failded payments:
PayPal method:
User not complete authorization (insufficient funds, an expired card, unverified details, etc).
Credit/Debit Card methods:
1. Payment failed, intercepted by card issuer risk control system.
2. 3DS authentication failed: Not authenticated / Account not verified.
3. Payment is declined.
4. The card number is invalid.
5. Transaction failed, Invalid account.
6. Insufficient balance.
Please contact the issuing bank, replace the card to make the payment again or contact us.
