Shipping Policy
Every day, we deliver to many customers globally, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
1. Processing Time:
1-2 business days for all types of hair extensions;
2-3 business days for wigs;
3-7 business days for customized products.
(In general, 5 business days for 12 inch, 28 inch and 30 inch products).
2. Shipping Time(all countries/regions):
Shipping logistics providers: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or local carriers. Based on their availability and responsiveness at different time, we would choose the most suitable one to deliver your order as soon as possible.

In general, shipping to the contiguous United States would be faster than other countries/regions; shipping time may vary due to unexpected factors like adverse weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.
Customs & Taxes:
Orders shipped may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may have taxes or duties with a random inspection. If you have any questions, please contact us at help@seewig.com. Please do not directly reject or return. Any charges incurred for rejection or return shall be by customers.
SEE WIG is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding customs policies.
Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended for you Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard or any place else.
Note:
1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2.When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. Sometimes, popular items in our warehouse may sell out quickly, so we would re-stock them from our factory. In this case, the processing time may be extended to 3-7 days but we would keep you updated via email.
3.We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at help@seewig.com within 3 days after receiving your order.
Orders Tracking：
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.
