We can also provide raw virgin human hair that comes from a single donor. If you want it, just tell us to customize an item for you.
What are the grades of SEE WIG's hair?
10A hair grade. Our hair is exceptionally soft and smooth, providing a luxurious texture that is easy to manage and style. This enhances the overall aesthetic when blended with your own hair.
Where is the origin of SEE WIG hair?
We source hair from verified hair suppliers in countries including Vietnam, Myanmar, China, Brazil, etc. We understand that the quality of our products begins with the sourcing of human hair, which is why we maintain strict standards in every aspect of our hair sourcing process.
How can I pay for my order?

How long can SEE WIG's hair last?

How long do it takes for me to receive it?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

- 3-7 business days for custom products.

How do I track my order?

Can I return the item for free?
Yes, you have 30 days to return the item free of charge for any reason. You can find more details in our return policy.
What to do if I ordered a wrong item?
- Before shipping: email to help@seewig in 1 hour after placing the order and tell us the right item you want. If there is a price difference, we would charge it or refund the overcharge to you; then the right item will be shipped. Our team would always check email inbox before shipping.
- After shipping: when you receive the wrong item and really don't like it, email to help@seewig.com and ask for an exchange. In this case, you may be responsible for incurred fees including shipping fee.
