Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
1. Processing Time:
0-2 business days for all types of hair extensions;
2-3 business days for wigs;
3-7 business days for custom products.
(In general, 5-7 business days for 12, 28 and 30 inches products).
2. Shipping Time(all countries/regions):
Shipping logistics providers: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or local carriers. Based on their availability and responsiveness at different time, we would choose the most suitable one to deliver your order as soon as possible. More details in shipping policy.

To ensure your peace of mind, we offer clear shipping timelines and a guaranteed on-time service. If we're late, you get a partial refund as below:

Expedited Shipping:

If your shipment meets these conditions (counted from the shipping date), just contact us(help@seewig.com) for a hassle-free refund.
Important: Refunds are calculated on the product price only and exclude the shipping fee. For example: if your total order amount is $96.9 (product price: $90 + shipping fee: $6.9), a 10% refund would be $9.
