Care Tips for Our Hair: 

1. Wash Gently: Use sulfate-free shampoo. Wash in cool or lukewarm water - hot water strips moisture and shortens lifespan. Focus on the roots, not the ends. 

2. Condition Every Time: Apply conditioner from mid-shaft to ends. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. This keeps hair soft and prevents tangling.

3. Detangle with Care: Always detangle before washing (dry) using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers. Never brush curly or wavy textures when dry.

4. Air Dry When Possible: Let hair air dry to preserve the curl/wave pattern. If using heat, apply a heat protectant and keep tools below 350°F (180°C).

5. Sleep on Satin: Cotton causes friction. Use a satin bonnet, scarf, or pillowcase to reduce tangling and keep hair smooth overnight.

6. Refresh Between Washes: Mist with water and a leave-in conditioner to revive curls and waves. Avoid heavy oils that weigh hair down.

7. Store Properly: If not wearing, keep hair in a cool, dry place. For clip-ins or wefts, store flat or hanging to prevent tangling.

8. Be Gentle with Color-Treated Hair: Dyed or bleached hair needs extra moisture. Use color-safe, sulfate-free products and deep condition weekly.

 

Our Hair Grades: 

We offer 4 grades of human hair to match your needs, budget, and styling goals. Most of our products are Standard by default, but higher grades are available upon request.

• 1. Standard: thickness similar to natural human hair, natural look and feel, most affordable option, available for most products by default. 
• 2. Double Drawn: thicker than Standard, fuller appearance without adding extra weight, ideal if you want a thicker look than your natural hair, better quality and durability. 
• 3. Super Double Drawn: even thicker and fuller than Double Drawn, higher quality, more durable, can be bleached up to #27, cannot be bleached to #613-for that, please see Virgin Hair. 
• 4. Virgin Hair: our highest quality grade, least processed(most intact cuticles), thicker, stronger, and longer-lasting than all other grades, can be bleached up to #613, higher price point, custom orders only (minimum 5 pieces/packs). 

Colors & Dyeing Availablility: 

• Standard / Double Drawn(#1B hair): yes, but only to darker shades - such as #1, #2, #4, #30. Not recommended for light or fashion colors.
• Super Double Drawn(#1B hair): yes, can be bleached up to #27.
• Virgin Hair(#1B hair): yes, can be bleached up to #613.

Important Notes:

• Colored items (already dyed): we do not recommend dyeing them again - it will significantly shorten the lifespan of the hair.
• Non-colored hair (#1B hair): can be dyed, but please refer to the Dyeing Availability above for limits.
