Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shopping experience at SEE WIG, no matter where you live. If you would like to request a cancellation, order change, exchange, return or refund, please keep the followings in mind and email to us(help@seewig.com) asap: 

 

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

If it is the incomplete or incorrect address information that cause shipment delays, package damage or loss, SEE WIG will be not responsible for any fee or exchange/refund requirement. Please double check the address before placing your order.

If you do not absolutely love the item you ordered for any reason, we gladly offer returns and free exchanges service. Please make sure the product is BRAND NEW unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 30 days.

 

Order Cancellation & Change Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Within 1 hour of placing the order: Free cancellation.
  • After 1 hour - Stock Products: A 10% cancellation fee will apply. (First-time cancellations are free of charge for all customers.)
  • After 1 hour - Custom Products: A 30% cancellation fee will apply.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Order Changes

For Stock Products:

  • Changes are free of charge before shipment, up to a maximum of 3 changes per customer.
  • If the revised order total is higher than the original, the customer will need to pay the difference.
  • If the revised order total is lower than the original, we will refund the difference.
  • After shipment: No changes can be made.

For Custom Products:

  • Changes are free of charge if we have not yet started processing the order.
  • If processing has already begun: Changes are not allowed, or a 20% change fee will apply if we agree to accommodate the request.

 

Exchange Policy:

If the received product is brand new, contact us by help@seewig.com within 30 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 30 days will not be taken into consideration. We will response within 24 hours on business days.

Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.

For any price difference between the items exchanged, we will either charge you the additional amount or refund the overcharge. And we may charge a shipping fee for the exchanged item.

No restocking fee will be charged.

 

Return Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

NOTICE:

  • Custom products are not refundable or exchangeable. Please ensure you fully understand what you are ordering before purchasing to avoid any dissatisfaction.
  • Duty of package lost: the customer must contact us before sending the package to us for return or exchange since we will not be responsible for lost packages and we have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees including shipping fee, transaction fee, etc. The specific shipping fee is based on the shipping method/company the customer choose.
  • If the return is caused by SEE WIG such as the goods received are damaged, defective or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the related fees for this reason.
