Cancellation & Change Policy

We want you to love your SEE WIG purchase. If anything isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Contact us at help@seewig.com (please have your order number ready when you reach out - it helps us assist you faster).

Before Shipment

Cancellations: 

• In-stock items: Free cancellation within 1 hour of order placement. Cancellations after 1 hour will incur a 10% processing fee.
• Custom-made items: Cancellations will incur a 30% processing fee.

Changes: 

• In-stock items: Free changes. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
• Custom-made items: Free changes if we haven't started processing. Once processing has begun, changes cannot be made, or may be allowed with a 10% fee at our discretion.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once shipped.
